PORTS AND MARINE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 55 OF 2017) - SECT 32

In section 298A of the Principal Act, in the definition of "authorised representative"—

        (a)     for paragraph (c) substitute —

    "(c)     a medical treatment decision maker for the individual within the meaning of the Medical Treatment Planning and Decisions Act 2016 ; or";

        (b)     in paragraph (d) omit "or person responsible".
