PORTS AND MARINE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 55 OF 2017) - SECT 50

In section 88W of the Port Management Act 1995 —

        (a)     in paragraph (a), for "the Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne) or port of Melbourne operator" substitute "a port manager";

        (b)     in paragraph (b)(i), for "the Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne)" substitute "a port manager (other than the port of Melbourne operator)".
