PORTS AND MARINE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2017 (NO. 55 OF 2017) - SECT 51

    (1)     In section 97 of the Port Management Act 1995 , for "brought" substitute "commenced".

    (2)     At the end of section 97 of the Port Management Act 1995 insert —

    "(2)     Proceedings for an offence against this Act or regulations made under this Act may be commenced by the Secretary.".
