PARLIAMENTARY BUDGET OFFICER ACT 2017 (NO. 27 OF 2017) - SECT 60

In section 4(1) of the Parliamentary Administration Act 2005 —

        (a)     insert the following definition—

"" Parliamentary Budget Officer" has the same meaning as in the Parliamentary Budget Officer Act 2017 ;";

        (b)     in the definition of "Parliamentary officer", after "Department Head" insert "other than the Parliamentary Budget Officer".
