PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2020 (NO. 30 OF 2020) - SECT 13

    (1)     In section 41A(1) of the Project Development and Construction Management Act 1994 —

        (a)     omit "(within the meaning of the Public Administration Act 2004 )";

        (b)     for "Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development" substitute "declared Department";

        (c)     for '"Secretary to the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development "' substitute '"Secretary, Project Development"'.

    (2)     In section 41A(2) and (3) of the Project Development and Construction Management Act 1994 , for "Secretary to the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development" substitute "Secretary, Project Development".
