PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2020 (NO. 30 OF 2020) - SECT 16

    (1)     For the heading to section 41D of the Project Development and Construction Management Act 1994 substitute —

" Secretary, Project Development is subject to Ministerial control ".

    (2)     In section 41D of the Project Development and Construction Management Act 1994 , for "Secretary to the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development" substitute "Secretary, Project Development".
