PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND FOOD LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2012 (NO. 60 OF 2012) - SECT 48
Meaning of primary food production
After section 4C(2) of the Food Act 1984 insert —
"(3) To avoid doubt, references in this Act to the
handling of food includes primary food production.".
