PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 35 OF 2009) - SECT 29
Submissions on management plan
(1) Insert the following heading to section 32 of
Fisheries Act 1995 —
" Submissions on management plan ".
(2) Sections 32(1)(a) and 32(6) of the
Fisheries Act 1995 are repealed .
