PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 35 OF 2009) - SECT 80
New penalties substituted for offences relating to identification of livestock
For the penalty at the foot of sections 9, 9A(1), 9A(2), 9B(1), 9C(1), and
9C(2) of the Livestock Disease Control Act 1994 substitute —
"Penalty: 60 penalty units.".
