POLICE REGULATION AMENDMENT ACT 2012 (NO. 77 OF 2012) - SECT 5

    (1)     Section 6(1A) of the Principal Act is repealed .

    (2)     In section 6A(1) of the Principal Act omit
"or the power to dismiss a member of the force under section 68 or suspend a member under section 68A".
