POLICE REGULATION AMENDMENT ACT 2012 (NO. 77 OF 2012) - SECT 8

In section 8AB of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in subsection (1), for "8AA" substitute "86AC";

        (b)     in subsection (2)—

              (i)     for "8AA" substitute "86AC";

              (ii)     in the definition of "transfer", after "rank" insert ", but does not include a directed transfer".
