RELATIONSHIPS AMENDMENT (CARING RELATIONSHIPS) ACT 2009 (NO. 4 OF 2009) - SECT 14

For section 34 of the Principal Act substitute —

        "     34     Purpose

The purpose of this Chapter is to provide for—

        (a)     the effect of relationship agreements made between—

              (i)     domestic partners;

              (ii)     caring partners;

        (b)     the adjustment of interests in property between—

              (i)     domestic partners;

              (ii)     caring partners;

        (c)     the rights to maintenance of—

              (i)     domestic partners;

              (ii)     caring partners.".
