RELATIONSHIPS AMENDMENT (CARING RELATIONSHIPS) ACT 2009 (NO. 4 OF 2009) - SECT 19

    (1)     In section 39(1) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     insert the following definition—

""caring partner" of a person means a person with whom the person is or has been in a registered caring relationship;";

        (b)     in paragraph (a) of the definition of domestic relationship , after "registered" insert "domestic".

    (2)     In section 39(2) of the Principal Act after "registered" insert "domestic".
