RELATIONSHIPS AMENDMENT (CARING RELATIONSHIPS) ACT 2009 (NO. 4 OF 2009) - SECT 2

    (1)     Subject to subsection (2), this Act (including the items in Schedule 1) comes into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.

    (2)     If a provision of this Act (including an item or provision of an item in Schedule 1) does not come into operation before 1 December 2009, it comes into operation on that day.
