RELATIONSHIPS AMENDMENT (CARING RELATIONSHIPS) ACT 2009 (NO. 4 OF 2009) - SECT 23

    (1)     In section 43(1) of the Principal Act, for "domestic partners have ended their domestic relationship" substitute "domestic partners or caring partners have ended their domestic relationship or registered caring relationship".

    (2)     In section 43(2) of the Principal Act, after "a domestic partner" insert "or a caring partner".
