ROAD LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 28 OF 2009) - SECT 23
Insertion of new section 73A
After section 73 of the Principal Act insert —
" 73A Offence to obstruct etc. person operating road
safety camera or speed detector
A person must not obstruct, hinder, threaten, abuse or intimidate a person who
is operating a road safety camera or a speed detector.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.".
