ROAD LEGISLATION (PROJECTS AND ROAD SAFETY) ACT 2006 (NO 81 OF 2006) - SECT 52

    (1)     In section 5(2) of the Road Management Act 2004 —

        (a)     after "provisions of" insert "section 3E,";

        (b)     omit "1,".

    (2)     In section 5(10)(b) of the Road Management Act 2004 , for "section 245B" substitute
"section 254B".
