Sentencing Act 1991—increase in minimum period before alcohol interlock condition can be removed
(1) In section 89B(2)(b) of the Sentencing Act
1991 , for "3 years" substitute "4 years".
(2) In section 89C(1)(b) of the
Sentencing Act 1991 , for "3 years" substitute "4 years".
