RAIL SAFETY ACT 2006 (NO 9 OF 2006) - SECT 131

    (1)     Insert the following heading to section 8 of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 —

"Matters to be considered by Safety Director" .

    (2)     In section 8(1) of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 , for "Secretary" (where twice occurring) substitute "Safety Director".

    (3)     In section 8(2) of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 , for "Secretary" substitute "Safety Director".
