RAIL SAFETY ACT 2006 (NO 9 OF 2006) - SECT 136

Requirement to notify of charges etc.

    (1)     Insert the following heading to section 13 of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 —

"Requirement to notify Safety Director of charges etc." .

    (2)     In section 13 of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 , for "Secretary" (where twice occurring) substitute "Safety Director".
