RAIL SAFETY ACT 2006 (NO 9 OF 2006) - SECT 144

Immediate power of suspension

    (1)     In section 22(1) and (3) of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 , for "Secretary" (where twice occurring) substitute "Safety Director".

    (2)             In section 22(2), (4) and (6) of the Public Transport Competition Act 1995 , for "Secretary" substitute "Safety Director".
