Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) An infringement notice served by the previous regulator under section 234 of the Law which has not been withdrawn before a declaration day is taken to have been served by the new regulator on that day.
(2) A withdrawal notice served by the previous regulator under section 238 of the Law before a declaration day is taken to have been served by the new regulator on that day.
