SENTENCING AMENDMENT (ABOLITION OF SUSPENDED SENTENCES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2013 (NO. 32 OF 2013) - SECT 23

In section 3(1) of the Sentencing Act 1991 insert —

""monitored condition" means any of the following conditions—

        (a)     a curfew condition;

        (b)     a place or area exclusion condition;".
