SENTENCING AMENDMENT (SENTENCING STANDARDS) ACT 2017 (NO. 34 OF 2017) - SECT 18
Sentencing guidelines
After section 5(2)(a) of the Sentencing Act 1991 insert —
"(ab) the standard sentence, if any, for the
offence; and".
