SENTENCING AMENDMENT (SENTENCING STANDARDS) ACT 2017 (NO. 34 OF 2017) - SECT 20
Content of guideline judgment
After section 6AC(e) of the Sentencing Act 1991 insert —
"(ea) guidelines for sentencing offenders for
standard sentence offences;".
