SENTENCING AMENDMENT (SENTENCING STANDARDS) ACT 2017 (NO. 34 OF 2017) - SECT 24
Definition inserted
In section 2A(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 insert the following definition—
""standard sentence", in relation to an offence, has the same meaning as
in the Sentencing Act 1991 .".
