SENTENCING AMENDMENT (SENTENCING STANDARDS) ACT 2017 (NO. 34 OF 2017) - SECT 35

After section 318(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 insert —

    "(1A)     The standard sentence for an offence under subsection (1) is 8 years.
