SENTENCING AMENDMENT (SENTENCING STANDARDS) ACT 2017 (NO. 34 OF 2017) - SECT 36

In section 4(1) of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 insert the following definition—

""standard sentence", in relation to an offence, has the same meaning as in the Sentencing Act 1991 ;".
