Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) There may be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 any employees that are necessary for the administration of this Act or to enable the Commission to perform its functions and exercise its powers.
(2) The Commission may engage consultants, contractors or agents for or in connection with the performance of its functions.
