SMALL BUSINESS COMMISSION ACT 2017 (NO. 16 OF 2017) - SECT 24

In section 162J of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 —

        (a)         the definition of Small Business Commissioner is repealed ;

        (b)     insert the following definition—

""Small Business Commission" means the Small Business Commission established under section 4 of the Small Business Commission Act 2017 ;".
