SMALL BUSINESS COMMISSION ACT 2017 (NO. 16 OF 2017) - SECT 47

In section 3 of the Owner Drivers and Forestry Contractors Act 2005 —

        (a)         the definition of Small Business Commissioner is repealed ;

        (b)     insert the following definition—

""Small Business Commission" means the Small Business Commission established under section 4 of the Small Business Commission Act 2017 ;".
