SPENT CONVICTIONS ACT 2021 (NO. 13 OF 2021) - SECT 18

The Magistrates' Court may refuse to accept an application under section 11 if the Court is satisfied that the application—

        (a)     is vexatious; or

        (b)     is misconceived; or

        (c)     does not comply with section 12.
