SUPERANNUATION LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2013 (NO. 61 OF 2013) - SECT 6
Amendment of section 20B—Membership
After section 20B(4) of the Emergency Services Superannuation Act 1986 insert
—
s. 6
"(5) A contributor may cease membership of the
Scheme at any time after attaining the age of 65 years.".
