SEX OFFENDERS REGISTRATION AMENDMENT (MISCELLANEOUS) ACT 2017 (NO. 25 OF 2017) - SECT 58
Sex offenders not to apply for assessment notice
For section 39A(a) of the Working with Children Act 2005 substitute —
"(a) a registrable offender within the meaning of
section 3 of the Sex Offenders Registration Act 2004 ; or".
