SERIOUS SEX OFFENDERS (DETENTION AND SUPERVISION) AMENDMENT (COMMUNITY SAFETY) ACT 2016 (NO. 32 OF 2016) - SECT 23

After section 154(3) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(4)     This section does not apply to a thing seized by a police officer under this Division.
