STATE TAXATION ACTS FURTHER AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 83 OF 2009) - SECT 36

In section 92(1) of the Taxation Administration Act 1997 —

        (a)         for paragraph (b) substitute —

    "(b)     in connection with the administration or execution of—

              (i)     a taxation law; or

              (ii)     the First Home Owner Grant Act 2000 ; or

              (iii)     the Unclaimed Money Act 2008 —

including for the purpose of any legal proceeding arising out of that taxation law or Act or a report of those proceedings; or";

        (b)     in paragraph (e)(iii), for "the Archives Authority" substitute "the Public Record Office Victoria".
