STATE TAXATION AND FINANCIAL LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2013 (NO. 69 OF 2013) - SECT 8
Registration of instruments
In section 269 of the Duties Act 2000 ,
after "transaction" insert ", an electronic instrument that effects or
evidences a dutiable transaction".
