STATE TAXATION AND MENTAL HEALTH ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 2021 (NO. 22 OF 2021) - SECT 25
Definitions
In section 3(1) of the Land Tax Act 2005 ,
in the definition of "discretionary trust", after "excluded trust" insert "or
unit trust scheme".
