STATE TAX LAWS AMENDMENT (BUDGET AND OTHER MEASURES) ACT 2013 (NO. 41 OF 2013) - SECT 23
Conversion of a private unit trust scheme into a public unit trust scheme
In section 89B(3) of the Duties Act 2000 , for "acquisition of the last
interest under the agreement or arrangement" substitute "date on which the
private unit trust scheme became a public unit trust scheme".
