TRANSPORT ACCIDENT AMENDMENT ACT 2013 (NO. 71 OF 2013) - SECT 17
Amendment of section 60 (increase of family counselling cap)
(1) In section 60(2A)(a) of the Principal Act, for
"$5000" substitute "$15 000".
(2) In section 61(2) of the Principal Act, after
"$30 520," insert "$15 000,".
