TRANSPORT ACCIDENT AMENDMENT ACT 2013 (NO. 71 OF 2013) - SECT 28
Amendment of section 120 (increasing the time limit for certain criminal prosecutions)
For section 120(4) of the Principal Act substitute —
"(4) Despite any law to the contrary, proceedings
may be instituted under section 116, 117 or 117C within 3 years after the
alleged offence occurred.".
