TRANSPORT (TAXI-CAB ACCREDITATION AND OTHER AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO 71 OF 2006) - SECT 19
Sunset of accreditation exemption for certain providers of taxi-cab network services
(1) In section 131A(1) of the Transport Act 1983
omit "or is exempted by the regulations from the requirement to be accredited
under this Division".
(2) Section 137E(1)(b) of the Transport Act 1983
is repealed .
