TRANSPORT (TAXI-CAB ACCREDITATION AND OTHER AMENDMENTS) ACT 2006 (NO 71 OF 2006) - SECT 23
Requirements for issue and renewal of accreditation
In section 14 of the Transport Legislation (Further Amendment) Act 2006 , in
the proposed new section 169(2)(a) of the Transport Act
1983 , after "does not hold" insert "either".
