TOBACCO AMENDMENT (SHOPPER LOYALTY SCHEMES) ACT 2012 (NO. 86 OF 2012) - SECT 2

Commencement

    (1)     Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on a day to be proclaimed.

    (2)     If this Act does not come into operation before 1 March 2013, it comes into operation on that day.
