TRANSPORT INTEGRATION AMENDMENT (HEAD, TRANSPORT FOR VICTORIA AND OTHER GOVERNANCE REFORMS) ACT 2017 (NO. 3 OF 2017) - SECT 44

Amendment of section 167—Corporate plan to be followed

After section 167(3) of the Transport Integration Act 2010 insert —

"(4) This section applies to a Transport Corporation that is a sector transport agency with the further modification that any reference to the Minister is taken to
be a reference to the lead transport agency.".
