TRANSPORT LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2004 (NO 49 OF 2004) - SECT 7
Liability to pay toll
After section 72(4) of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995 insert —
"(5) This section does not apply in respect of the
use in a toll zone of a vehicle covered by a tollway billing arrangement.".
