TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (RAIL SAFETY LOCAL OPERATIONS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2013 (NO. 23 OF 2013) - SECT 4
Purpose amended
In section 1 of the
Principal Act, for "provide for safe rail operations in Victoria" substitute
"facilitate the safe operation of railways in Victoria to which the Rail
Safety National Law (Victoria) does not apply".
