TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PUBLIC TRANSPORT SAFETY) ACT 2011 (NO. 49 OF 2011) - SECT 12
Tests, qualifications and other requirements
For section 167(1C)(b)(ii) of the
Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 substitute —
"(ii) a bus used to provide a commercial bus
service, a commercial minibus service or a local bus service.".
