TERRORISM (COMMUNITY PROTECTION) (AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 5 OF 2006) - SECT 10
New section 39A inserted in Principal Act
After section 39 of the Principal Act insert —
"39A. Supreme Court—limitation of jurisdiction
It is the intention of section 21J to alter or vary section 85 of the
Constitution Act 1975 .".
