URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY VICTORIA AMENDMENT (DEVELOPMENT VICTORIA) ACT 2017 (NO. 10 OF 2017) - SECT 18

    (1)     In section 49(2)(c) of the Principal Act, for "omitted;" substitute "omitted.".

    (2)     Section 49(2)(d) of the Principal Act is repealed .

    (3)     After section 49(2) of the Principal Act insert —

    "(3)     Development Victoria must consult with the municipal district in which the land is located before entering into an agreement under subsection (1) concerning the use or development of that land.".
